Only physical products can be exchange or refund. After subscriptions, services cannot be refunded. You will be charged for the whole subscription time. In case of subscription interruption, additional fees can be invoiced.

If you want to exchange any article, the referral fees will be to your charge. Besides, will also be invoiced to you : delivery fees of the new order and processing fees of the returned product.
Any device that has never been put into service and not functional will be replaced immediately by a new one. In case of malfunction of the element within 6 months after its first connection to a console, we are committed to provide you with a new one.In case of malfunction after this period, our after-sales service expertise the device and repairs it. In the event of a defect not covered by the guarantee, a quotation is sent to you and your agreement is essential before starting any repairs. If you do not wish to have it repaired, the cost of quotation and shipping will be charged to you. However, for any new purchase of a module in our range fulfilling the same function, the costs of expertise and referral are no longer considered.
